Let’s start the types of pollination
Pollination-:
It is the process of transfer of the pollen grains from the anther to the stigma of a flower.
The androecium is the male reproductive organ of a flower while the gynoecium is the female reproductive organ of a flower.
Types of Pollination-:
There are two types of pollination.
1. Self Pollination-: Self pollination occurs when pollen grains fall directly from anther into the stigma of the flower.
2. Cross Pollination-: It refers to a complex type of pollination that allows the transfer of pollen grains from the anther of the flower into the stigma of another flower.
